3. Premium Local Service Routes & Balanced Management
Route Scarcity: Our premium mowing and biological application routes are strictly capped in order to maintain tight feedstock control. Joining the email list does not guarantee property acceptance.
Balanced Integrated Management: While our programs are rooted in biological and organic soil health practices, we support flexible property management. If a client explicitly requests a targeted intervention, or if a severe property issue emerges, we are open to utilizing conventional chemical applications.
Over-Application Prevention: To protect soil life, any conventional chemical use will be strictly managed on an as-needed basis. We will not engage in routine, excessive, or preventative chemical over-application that threatens local microbial ecosystems.
Feedstock Filtering: We reserve the right to divert grass clippings and organic waste away from our composting loops if a property has received recent, persistent chemical herbicide treatments that violate our feedstock safety metrics.
4. Data Privacy Commitment (“No-Dox” Protection)
Information Collection: We collect your Email Address, and explicit service preferences strictly to route your inquiries and process transactions.
Zero Data Sharing: We will never sell, lease, or distribute your email address or property details to external marketing entities. Your data remains locked within our private, secure business management pipeline.
