Vermi-Compost
VC– Solid Vermi-Compost, worm castings. Made from local, vetted ingredients including rabbit manure, grass clippings, leaves, and bio-char. Starts at 20$/gallon.
VCT – Vermi-Compost Tea. Custom-brewed probiotic liquid soil and foliar amendment. Use immediately or within 24 hours! Starts at 15$/gallon.
VCTx – Vermi-Compost Tea Extract. A highly concentrated slurry form of VCT that can be diluted, with water, down to a 10:1 ratio. It also has a longer shelf life. Use within 6 months! Starts at 20$/Quart.

The 8-Month Window: Ongoing lawn care programs, custom biological brewing, and product fulfillment run strictly from April 1st through November 30th.
Flexible Growth Schedule: Our production and service cycles are dictated by real-time turf growth and active weather patterns rather than a rigid calendar grid.
Automated Billing: Recurring program costs or monthly product subscriptions are auto-drafted on the 1st of each month using the secure card or ACH profile retained on file.
Pre-Brew Payment Mandate: Individual custom orders or one-time premium soil treatments must be paid in full prior to scheduling. Because our biological products are fresh and alive, we do not brew batches on credit.
🛡️ 2. The 24-Hour Biological Window & Cancellation Policy
The Freshness Rule: Due to the living, active nature of VCT (Vermi-Compost Tea), all products must be picked up or applied within 24 hours of the scheduled brew completion.
The Forfeiture Clause: If an order or batch is not collected within this 24-hour window, the live biology expires. The buyer forfeits the order cost to cover the wasted raw ingredients and specialized brewing labor.
Notice Period: Ongoing monthly maintenance programs or product subscriptions can be adjusted or canceled at any time with a mandatory 30-day written notice.
📦 3. Product Integrity & Property Readiness
Unbundled Tier Rates: Specialized products like VC (Vermi-Compost), VCT (Liquid Tea), and stable VCx (Concentrate Extract) are billed completely independently of standard lawn mowing or leaf removal services.
The Pure Mix Mandate: To ensure the success of the Grass Roots Organic Lawn Care Program, our proprietary formulas must never be over-diluted, stretched, or mixed with synthetic chemicals.
Equipment & Yard Safety: All application zones must be entirely clear of toys, tools, and pet waste prior to service. For those transporting liquid biology, tanks and spray rigs must be completely free of residual chemical weed-killers or fungicides, which will instantly kill the living microbes.
📏 4. Square Footage Verification & Proper Dosing
Area Verification: Project areas, lawns, and garden beds are verified using digital property measurement software or physical inspections.
No Under-Dosing: Pricing is based strictly on the square footage or volume needed for real biological results. We do not under-dose or dilute our treatments to match a lower pricing tier; properties must be treated at full strength to ensure soil health.
Reduced Scope Option: If a budget adjustment is needed, we will mutually agree to omit specific zones or acreage to keep the active treatment area within standard baseline limits.
🌾 5. Seeding Responsibilities & Watering Waiver
Shared Execution: Successful lawn overseeding relies completely on post-service hydration. We guarantee precise distribution of premium biological inputs, but daily care shifts to the property manager or homeowner once complete.
Watering Protocol: Achieving full germination requires following our strict watering protocol (typically requiring 2 to 3 light daily waterings during days 1–21 to keep the soil surface consistently damp).
Warranty Waiver: Because irrigation systems and weather variations are outside our control, we provide no survival warranties or free re-seeding if the soil moisture protocol is not maintained.
🔒 6. Intellectual Property & Data Privacy
Proprietary Chemistry: All liquid biological blends, extraction ratios, and closed-loop soil conditioning formulas (including our proprietary rabbit manure, biochar, and leaf blends) remain the exclusive intellectual property of the provider.
Zero Data Sharing: We collect your contact details, service preferences, and billing information strictly to fulfill orders and route local accounts. Your personal and corporate data will never be sold or shared with external marketing entities.
