By subscribing to our network, purchasing our digital blueprints, or requesting local services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Digital Products & Intellectual Property
Instant Access: All digital eBooks, 3D equipment build blueprints, and guides are delivered instantly via email as digital PDF downloads.
All Sales Are Final: Due to the instant delivery nature of digital files, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds once the download link has been generated.
Personal Use License: Your purchase grants you a single, personal license to use these technical files. Reselling, redistributing, or copying these blueprints for public distribution is strictly prohibited.
2. Technical Blueprint Liability Disclaimer
Informational Purposes Only: Our DIY blueprints are for informational and educational use only.
Assumption of Risk: The customer assumes all physical and structural risk. Grassroots Organic Lawn Care is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, tool accidents, electrical damage, or material failure that occurs during your independent DIY build.
3. Premium Local Service Routes & Balanced Management
Route Scarcity: Our premium mowing and biological application routes are strictly capped in order to maintain quality. Joining the email list does not guarantee property acceptance.
Balanced Integrated Management: While our programs are rooted in biological and organic soil health practices, we support flexible property management. If a client explicitly requests a targeted intervention, or if a severe property issue emerges, we are open to utilizing conventional chemical applications.
Over-Application Prevention: To protect soil life, any conventional chemical use will be strictly managed on an as-needed basis. We will not engage in routine, excessive, or preventative chemical over-application that threatens local microbial ecosystems.
Feedstock Filtering: We reserve the right to divert grass clippings and organic waste away from our composting loops if a property has received recent, persistent chemical herbicide treatments that violate our feedstock safety metrics.
4. Property Size Baselines & Price Adjustments
Baseline Service Metrics: Standard residential local service and subscription pricing is calculated using a baseline property size of up to 10,000 square feet of actual turfgrass (lawn) or up to 300 square feet of landscaping (flowerbeds).
Square Footage Verification: Actual treatment areas are verified using digital property measurement software or physical on-site inspections.
Price Adjustments: If a property exceeds these baseline metrics, Grassroots Organic Lawn Care reserves the right to adjust the service or subscription rate to the corresponding square-footage tier. This ensures your soil receives the mathematically precise, full-strength biological dosage required for optimal results.
Reduced Scope Option: We do not compromise on service quality by under-dosing larger properties or using fewer materials to meet a lower price point. If a client declines a tiered price adjustment, we will mutually establish a reduced scope of service (such as omitting a back hill section or focusing strictly on highly visible front foundation beds) to keep the treatment area within the standard baseline limits.
Shared Project Execution: Successful lawn overseeding relies heavily on proper post-service hydration. Grassroots Organic Lawn Care guarantees the precise mechanical distribution of high-quality seed, but the daily cultural care shifts completely to the client once the service is complete.
Watering Mandate: Client agrees to adhere to the standard watering protocol provided upon service delivery (typically requiring 2 to 3 light daily waterings during days 1–21 to maintain continuously damp soil).
Warranty Waiver: Because post-service microclimates, weather anomalies, and irrigation schedules are completely outside our control, Grassroots Organic Lawn Care provides no germination guarantees, survival warranties, or free re-seeding services for bare spots if the client fails to maintain the necessary soil moisture profile.
6. Data Privacy Commitment (“No-Dox” Protection)
Information Collection: We collect your Email Address and explicit service preferences strictly to route your inquiries and process transactions.
Zero Data Sharing: We will never sell, lease, or distribute your email address or property details to external marketing entities. Your data remains locked within our private, secure business management pipeline.
