Today I made soft boiled (attempted anyway) quail eggs with Greens sautéed with garlic in ghee and cubed red potatoes boiled than sautéed in ghee. Garnished, evidently, with a hunk of Asiago cheese. This is a pretty quick brunch to put together as all the ingredients cook quickly. Quail eggs cook in minutes (I got a soft hard boiled egg after only 3 minutes in boiling water). Red potatoes cook quicker than most other potatoes.
