Breakfast Skillet with Broccoli and Greens

Breakfast skillet with mixed greens and broccoli.
You can use the same pan for the whole meal.
Cube the potatoes and start them boiling in the pan with enough water to cover them 1/2 way up.
Add broccoli, greens and spices that can withstand being cooked. After most of the water is gone, the potatoes and broccoli should be ready (cook to personal preference). Add eggs at this point and spices that should be added at the end, like parsley and cilantro. Scramble the whole mixture, stirring and flipping constantly until the eggs are done.
Serve and enjoy!
I like plain yogurt, but other condiments can also be used like bearnaise or hollandaise sauce or spicy mustard, but, if you must, ketchup, I hear, is also good.
