Made salad today…
I got some wonderful greens and daikon radishes (the white matchstick pieces) from a vendor in the Bloomingfoods parking lot. I forgot the different varieties of lettuce, but one was bibb… I then put carrot, green olives, peperoncinos, and roasted edamame.
The dressing was honey and ginger infused vinegar, extra virgin/cold pressed olive oil and a bit of truffle and sesame oil.
