Kimchi and Sauerkraut Posted on February 23, 2016 by Chris B. Today I made some kimchi and red cabbage sauerkraut. Pretty much you just stuff some shredded, salted cabbage in to a jar and let it sit a few weeks. This time I used a food processor, which made the work ALOT easier.
