Red Lentils with Jarlsberg Cheese

As a quick lunch today I threw together some leftover lentils and greens then topped with Jarlsberg cheese and garnished with a baby dill pickle and Fenugreek sprouts.

Turnip and Daikon Radish Salad with Sprouts

I cubed and lightly steamed some Daikon Radishes, turnips, carrots and potatoes with broccoli (all the vegetables I needed to get used up before they went bad). That mixture was put on a bed of lettuce then sprouts and (in this particular example) pulled pork on top. A dressing was made with vinegar and oil.
