I ran across a clearance sale on apples and got 120 lbs to make hard apple cider. I ended up loading the bicycle trailer full in order to get them home.
I thought I had a brilliant idea of using vapor locks in order to make sauerkraut, but I ended up with more problems than antipated so switched back to weights.
Started missing Chicago so had to make some Italian beef. With mash potatoes...
Even without a vehicle, I was able to get this beautiful cedar fence installed.
Well it lasted for a while and did a good job, but after dumping thousands of dollars and untold amount of hours to keep it running, I just had to let it go...

Started making hot sauce today. The peppers were ground, then fermented. Later on the solids will be strained out and the liquid will be bottled and put in fridge. I finally got a bigger trailer. The harbor freight one worked ok for a while, but I definitely feel safer with this one and I do not have to worry so much about overloading it.
