Mixed greens salad

Made salad today... I got some wonderful greens and daikon radishes (the white matchstick pieces) from a vendor in the Bloomingfoods parking lot. Turnip and Daikon Radish Salad with Sprouts

I cubed and lightly steamed some Daikon Radishes, turnips, carrots and potatoes with broccoli (all the vegetables I needed to get used up before they went bad). That mixture was put on a bed of lettuce then sprouts and (in this particular example) pulled pork on top. A dressing was made with vinegar and oil.
