One of my favorite quick lunches is tempeh and eggs wrapped in nori... The one today was sautéed with sun dried tomatoes and dressed with a miso aoli I made a few days ago.

Made salad today... I got some wonderful greens and daikon radishes (the white matchstick pieces) from a vendor in the Bloomingfoods parking lot.
